Our Partnerships

Partnerships are critical to the success of our Employee Group (EG). Our most active partner is AT&T! Our EG is a stand-alone 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization.  We are supported by AT&T with both Executive endorsement and volunteer participation, as well as, funding based on our employee volunteer participation.

We also actively partner with many organizations that share our devotion to Veterans.  These include Carry the Load, the USO, the Veterans’ Administration, American Corporate Partners, the 100k Jobs Mission, and many others.  We are not a fundraising organization, but rather a service organization, and we will partner with any organization that shares our vision, mission, and ethical perspective.

The 100,000 Jobs Mission began in 2011 as a coalition of eleven companies committed to hire 100,000 veterans by 2020. Since then, the coalition has grown to more than 170 companies that represent almost every industry in the American economy. We are proud to state that AT&T hired over 13,000 veterans by 2016. Additionally, AT&T increased its commitment and intends to hire over 20K Veterans by 2020.

Blue Star Families connects military families to resources, programs, and special opportunities exclusively for our members.

Opting in to the 100,000 Jobs Mission Veteran Talent Exchange means you'll get connected to military-friendly employers who may be looking for new employees just like you.

MSEP expands employment opportunities for military spouses, offering career advice, networking and exclusive access to employers.

ESGR understands the unique talents and skill set Guard and Reserve Service members can bring to the civilian workforce. To make this arrangement work, both parties must be aware of their rights and responsibilities under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).
